To me this is ready to commit, only blocker is bringing it to dev which is
pending on another discussion about CASSANDRA-17281.
I checked CI results.
CircleCI is all green.
Jenkins:
_- dtest.repair_tests.repair_test.TestRepair.test_dc_parallel_repair_ -
CASSANDRA-18159
_- org.apache.cassandra.net.ProxyHandlerConnectionsTest.testExpireSome_ -
interesting enough it timed out in all variations only with JDK11. I can see it
linked to CASSANDRA-17231, wondering whether we want a separate ticket.
_- dtest.bootstrap_test.TestBootstrap.test_simultaneous_bootstrap_ - timeout,
no ticket, maybe we open one? It seems a different issue was closed the other
day around this test.Maybe we first monitor if it is popping out again?
