Feedback from mck
* apache-cassandra-4.2-src.tar.gz contains class files
* git switch does not keep accord in-sync (hook was only added to checkout...)
* git switch/checkout to a branch that does not have accord submodule produces
this warning: "warning: unable to rmdir 'accord': Directory not empty"
