That's interesting! But the two infamous tests fail with L containers in all
branches, right? So we have a branch-specific bug on top a general resource
limitations addressed here with the XL containers. We'll have to investigate
why those fail and maybe also consider the simplification to less DCs, if those
two things are not related.
In any case, I think we are done with this one and can follow on
CASSANDRA-18051, +1.
