[~mck], your CI results look good from this patch perspective (only known
failures from what I saw) but I want to touch base on the 17 part for the
simulator with David on Monday as we had some conversation before on that topic
already. I will keep you posted and I haven't forgotten the promised JDK 17
runs. Thanks
