Some comments was left.
Besides,I think you should start your code based on trunk , for this feature
(or CASSANDRA-18177) have little relation with CASSANDRA-17698 ,so I think it
may be better to start your code based on trunk.
For toJSONString method of AbstractCompositeType does not work only for
CASSANDRA-17698, but all cases that need toJSONString method of
AbstractCompositeType(or DynamicCompositeType/CompositeType)
