Looking one more time into the upgrade tests methods actually we have two
issues with upgrade tests:
* the matrix fixes the lower bound (If we start from version which does not
build with specific JDK version we skip it)
* upper bound should be changed on branching new major, that part is for
another ticket IMO but we should not forget to consider. If it is not already a
part of any of the other tickets for CI, I can open one so we do not forget
about this (knowing myself I will forget if I do not write it down :( )
