- the in-jvm upgrade tests failed with:

Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
org.apache.cassandra.distributed.impl.IsolatedExecutor{code}
* The simulator test failed again? Did the Netty upgrade trigger it to fail
all the time in CI? Try with the repeated runner. (I know you mentioned locally
it completes successfully)
* I cannot load the link to the Python upgrade tests for unknown reasons. It
freezes in Loading.
I still have to do the actual review.
