^Same. There are failures that need investigation.
Python upgrade tests to the wrong branch failed on git errors. The last link
wont load for me now, but it did before and the failures were related to

iirc I talked to Jacek about it. Circle has been acting weird lately for me.
I would recommend investigating the Simulator ones, jvm upgrade dtests and
getting a new CI run. Do trigger j17 as well and see if they align to baseline?
If they pass locally it's probably circle being difficult these days.
