All Python dtest, in-JVM dtest, and unit test diffs w/ the underlying TCM
branch have either been fixed or accounted for. Today I'll be backing up
{{cep-15-accord}} in its current state, then resetting it to
{{maedhroz/CASSANDRA-17092-rebase-on-trm}}. Development against
{{cep-15-accord}} should then be unblocked.
