Now that we have an ASF CI which is responsible for validating tests against
OSS Cassandra we can start to phase out this functionality from the DataStax
Jenkins infrastructure. DataStax will continue to run the test suite against
DSE versions (as these aren't readily available/easy to setup for the ASF CI
platform). DataStax will also continue to run tests against OSS Cassandra,
although we will begin the process of reducing these runs in favor of the ASF
CI (which should be considered canonical going forward).
