Only way around it would be blocking JDK21 or any other features that require a
dep bump from merging on replacing chronicle queue, and I don't have bandwidth
to do that right now nor do I think we really should. Given we use this for
FQLTool and binlogging only, I think it's fine to bump the dep but still have
it in our backlog to pull this dependency out of the codebase.
