[~maulin.vasavada] would you mind to take a look at this? The next iteration of
your work might be to introduce jmx_server_options where we would put even more
configuration properties so ideally we would not have any need to touch
cassandra-env.sh when it comes to JMX. The branch seems to be up, we just need
to refresh that for trunk and finish.
