Today Typesafe and Dropwizard are direct dependencies of java-driver-core since
those implementations of DriverConfig etc and MetricUpdater etc are included in
-core. Long term it would be cleaner to extract those metrics and config
default implementations into separate artifacts (e.g.
java-driver-ext-metrics-dropwizard, java-driver-ext-config-typesafe) to make
the extension points more crisp and the core driver cleaner.
