Migrate a test from the old integration framework to the new framework that was
recently introduced in the Sidecar project. This migration is a blueprint to
follow for future migrations. The overall goal is to speed up tests in Sidecar.
This specific test runs ~3X faster, cutting runtime from 1 minute 21 seconds to
27 seconds.
