A change has been recently introduced into Cassandra Sidecar to allow reporting
the current cluster's schema on a periodic basis (CASSSIDECAR-191).
In order to enable monitoring of this feature, a new group of metrics shall be
introduced into the `ServerMetrics` interface, following the existing pattern.
