I tried to open it in IDEA and play around, works just fine. Good experience
overall already.
There are not changes related to deb and rpm packages. (packages built
otherwise fine). We need to probably add this:

There is no Java 21 in Bookworm, 21 is in Trixie but that one is not released
yet. It would be cool to align Trixie release with ours so we can pick up 21.
I am using Circle quite intensively and I strongly prefer to support that as
well. I am not completely sure what it would take to support it. We would need
to build images to contain Java 21 for that I guess? If it is not overly
complicated I would definitely like to see that.
