this is in place at
pre-ci-apache-cassandra-dd0a4e8899477c76.elb.eu-north-1.amazonaws.com:8080
( port may change to 80. and url is planned to be pre-ci.cassandra.apache.org )
still figuring out auto-scaling issues (isn't really going above 10 agents atm…)
