CdcRandomAccessReader performs buffer flips when there is a read from the
buffer provided by the sidecar client, but the VertxStreamBuffer copyBytes
method is already doing that flip. The extra flip on the CdcRandomAccessReader
is causing the buffer to throw exceptions.
