We can consolidate tests for database accessors for system schemas in a single
integration test class. We already have
{{integration-tests/src/integrationTest/org/apache/cassandra/sidecar/db/SystemViewsDatabaseAccessorIntegrationTest.java}}
which can be generalized to all system keyspaces, and we can move the test
under
{{server/src/test/integration/org/apache/cassandra/sidecar/db/SystemAuthDatabaseAccessorIntTest.java}}
into the consolidated test.
