The SidecarClusterConfigProvider.getCluster() method was using the DataStax
Java Driver 4.x API method getEndPoint() to retrieve host addresses, but
Cassandra Sidecar uses DataStax Java Driver 3.11.3. This causes a
NoSuchMethodError at runtime when CDC functionality attempts to build the
cluster configuration.
