DataChunker's iterator treats an IOException from the channel read as end of
stream, so uploadPartsOfBundle completes the multipart upload with the parts
read so far and never compares the uploaded bytes with the bundle's compressed
size. The Sidecar later rejects the truncated bundle, but with a misleading
error. This change propagates the IOException and checks the byte count before
completing the upload.
