CassandraClientSource.getReadQuery interpolates the keyspace and table names
unquoted, while column names are quoted. For a quoted mixed-case keyspace or
table the CQL parser lower-cases the name, prepare fails, and readFromCassandra
has no handler, so the micro-batch fails and retries on the same mutation. This
change quotes the identifiers the same way as the column names and handles an
unpreparable statement without failing the whole batch.
