It's not that simple :) I see that at least to methods require buffer seeking
in CommitLongSegment: recycle() and write(RowMutation) - the second uses
buffer.position for housekeeping at the end of the method plus there is file
pre-allocation which couldn't be done by means of SW. I guess RAF + mmap there
is the most flexible solution here.
