Attaching very basic support (essentially, just learn how to lex the [] and {}
tokens, so that collections-related queries don't fail). Shows collections
output values as the plain json returned from cassandra, but that will normally
be good enough.
I'm working on much smarter support, but it's ending up needing a lot of
related improvements, like CASSANDRA-4491 and a little adjustment to
CASSANDRA-3647, plus some tab-completion updates. Will take a bit longer to
finish up.
