Would it be a big deal to update cqlsh to use the binary format from
CASSANDRA-4453 (once it's in) if we use that for thrift too? I'm starting to
think that using json is a bit wrong even for thrift as:
* If only support strings for the map keys, while we don't have that limitation.
* It feels misleading to output a list when the user is using a set.
