I have noticed if the memory is low enough 128M cheap VPS, nothing even gets
printed and no logs are created.
While cassandra-env.sh seems to check validity of configuration (HEAP_NEWSIZE
and MAX_HEAP_SIZE), maybe it should check for values that end up being so low
the system obviously cannot support cassandra.
