Have only looked very superficially to the patch but since every statement can
be traced, we should call enableTracingIfRequested in a generic place (in
QueryProcessor.processStatement typically) rather that in random methods in the
specific statements. In particular, it's only called in Modification, Select
and Truncate statements, which doesn't cover all the statements.
