Allowing tracing only on Modification/Select and Truncate statements was
deliberate as it mimics what is done in the thrift interface (cf/keyspace
methods do not enable tracing), but I hadn't thought of placing it in
QueryProcessor, maybe it makes more sense there.
Still you raise a point should schema altering methods be traced?
