Hmm, this looks good, but I'm not sure the behavior for setHintedHandoffEnabled
is entirely correct. It prevents future hints, but delivery can still occur
for existing hints. So if you encounter a situation where you have a ton of
stored hints and just want to stop them, you're kind of stuck.
