Maybe I'm missing something. How would it confuse users if you renamed
{{tools/stress/src/org/apache/cassandra/cli/transport/SSLTransportFactory.java}}
(aka the SSL transport used in stress), or changed the package to something
other than {{org.apache.cassandra.cli.transport}}?
