this broke the RowCache:
[junit] Testcase: testRowCache(org.apache.cassandra.db.RowCacheTest):

org.apache.cassandra.db.RowCacheTest.testRowCache(RowCacheTest.java:92)
debugging a bit shows that the column value returned is "key0" where it should
be "val0"
