[Here|https://github.com/belliottsmith/cassandra/tree/6236-netty]'s a first
stab, which appears to work. There are a few things I want/need to investigate
to make sure we're behaving as best we can, and I'll compare against Sylvain's
early patch to see if there's any major disagreement.
One downside is that it breaks cassandra-stress, as the java-driver expects 3.2
netty drivers. Should be easily fixable by dropping the 3.2 jar in the
tools/lib directory for now though.
