Dave Brosius resolved CASSANDRA-7218.

Resolution: Fixed
Reproduced In: 2.1 beta2, 2.1 beta1 (was: 2.1 beta1, 2.1 beta2)
the dependencies specified on the tip of the cassandra-2.1 branch should be
fine. Sorry for the confusion, i meant, the *next* beta or rc that is released
should have it fixed.
