Updated the branch on

to remove sync from appends. Due to {{QueryRecorder}}'s package change the
diff isn't very clear so I'll add this
[gist|https://gist.github.com/lyubent/194c54bf4dea5b211b5c] as well to make
changes more visible. Next up is exposing CFMetaData to CQLStatements, handling
prepared statements, logging thread + session id info and segmenting log reads
on replay.
