It is really very simple - when you save a project in the Modeler, if the 
Modeler thinks there are problems, it shows a validation dialog after save 
(same as on screenshot). It is hard to miss it :) Also you can go to "Project > 
Validate Project" menu at any time to see if there are any ongoing errors
