After PR #4829 ingested VMware VMs can no longer be scaled, since ingested
vm were linked to `system-default-vm-import-dummy-template.iso` template which
is marked as removed (_I guess to be not selectable by user 🤔_), but with
changes from #4829 in
server/src/main/java/com/cloud/storage/VolumeApiServiceImpl.java this dummy
template causes an nullpointer exception:
