   I'm afraid I can't see how your argument holds water.
   
   you're saying it's okay to mess up in one domain as long as it isn't the 
entire platform?
   
   How small are you assuming this domain to be?  what if there are thousands 
of accounts under that domain?  is it ok for the domain admin to mess up that 
domain, as long as they haven't messed up anywhere else?
   
   Is there some mailing list thread that has a load of users complaining about 
this?  It seems like this has become a point of principle, that a change with 
so little benefit is taking up so much oxygen.
   
   I haven't given a -1, I just state that I think that it is wrong, due to 
_increased_ risk and negligible benefit.
