@rhtyd I cannot reproduce the issue following the steps in description.
It is a comon use case I believe, but we did not receive any issue from
other cloudstack users.
so I think @KuasarCloud probably have missed some steps in the description.

Is the vm Running ? Is vpc tier "Implemented" ?
