   ##### SUMMARY
   <!-- Explain the problem/feature briefly -->
   Auto-complete is not working when OS type parameter is selected from the
list, while creating template from volume snapshot.

   Can OS type picked automatically from the template of ROOT disk and remove
"OS type" in the UI?

   ##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE
   <!--
   For bugs, show exactly how to reproduce the problem, using a minimal
test-case. Use Screenshots if accurate.

   For new features, show how the feature would be used.
   -->
   - Deploy a VM
   - Take volume snapshot for the ROOT disk of the VM
   - Go to Snapshots section in the UI, Select the snapshot and Choose "Create
template" option.
   - In "Create template" UI, input OS type in the select box.

   ##### EXPECTED RESULTS
   <!-- What did you expect to happen when running the steps above? -->
   OS type in the create template UI form should list the appropriate types
based on the user input.

   ##### ACTUAL RESULTS
   <!-- What actually happened? -->
   OS type in the create template UI form doesn't list the appropriate types
based on the user input.
