If adding a new host fails, it will just show "Unable to add host", even
checking the management server logs don't give a better info
on why adding the host failed.
##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Setup a managment server and e.g. add a KVM host where `kvm-ok` would fail,
managment server would just say "Unable to add host"
