Agree that these APIs shouldn't touch disks, but if they touch disks, the behavior should be consistent. Better address this after decoupling the service and disk offerings (in the PR #5008, target-ed for 4.17.0). Moving this to 4.17.0. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
