Thanks for sharing these details. So, when you deploy the k8s cluster, you specify a pre-existing network deployed with an offering that has default egress policy as false or have set `cloud.kubernetes.cluster.network.offering` global setting to a network offering with deny egress policy? I tried deploying a k8s cluster with an offering with deny policy, and was able to reproduce your issue which is opposite to the behavior you notice.
