### Description Commit f27de6364402569fd3c2d1286ed5c749b9bd6e12 introduced a new version of opensaml. That version brought `jcl-over-slf4j-1.7.5.jar`, `jul-to-slf4j-1.7.5.jar`, and `log4j-over-slf4j-1.7.5.jar` as dependencies, which causes Agents and Usages to not generate _logs_:  In order to make the logs to work again, this PR intends to exclude these dependencies while building the packages. ### Types of changes - [ ] Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change) - [ ] New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality) - [x] Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue) - [ ] Enhancement (improves an existing feature and functionality) - [ ] Cleanup (Code refactoring and cleanup, that may add test cases) ### Feature/Enhancement Scale or Bug Severity #### Bug Severity - [ ] BLOCKER - [ ] Critical - [ ] Major - [x] Minor - [ ] Trivial ### How Has This Been Tested?
