   it looks you uploaded a ssl certificate for a user. ( it looks like an issue 
anyway)
   
   if you want to upload ssl ceritificares for SSVM and CPVM, please navigate 
to Infrastrcture -> Summary -> SSL Certificates, a dialog will pop up like below
