I just realised now why only that one VM is working as expected and the rest
are failing. There's no current activity on that VM happening and its volume
site seems to be 5.9 MB as shown here:

I also want to add that my KVM server and Cloudstack Management server are
connected via a public network, there's no LAN backlink between the two
servers. So its transferred over the "internet" could this be a factor as to
wait its taking too long?
