in cloudstack 4.17.1.0
* create a new domain
* create a new project inside that domain
* create a new domain admin user for the project you just created
* login to cloudstack as the domain admin for that project
* create a new kubernetes cluster
* download kube.conf file on your computer
* try to create an ingress controller with kubectl
