   @rohityadavcloud, I created two enviroments and deployed a zone in each 
using `mbx`. The first one uses packages created based on this PR, and the 
second one uses packages based on `main`. 
   
   Both of them were apparently correctly deployed, but when I logged into the 
MGMT VM, the same error keeps occurring:

   Apparently, ACS tries to start the System VMs, but fails because of some 
problem communicating with the storage pools. I'll try to find some time to 
pinpoint the cause of this. But in any case, it is clear that the problem is 
not within the PR.
