Able to reproduce the issue 1. Create domain 2. Create account under the domain 3. Create a l2 network, pass the domain and account when creating 4. The network created will show as root, admin for the admin UI view  similar to #7308, Fix was done in #7387 @harikrishna-patnala Could you please check if the fix was done for L2 networks creation also -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
