   The logs show zero errors, as far as I can see. I restarted cloud stack and 
then saw in alerts the following:
   
   - Unable to restart r-172-VM which was running on hostname: hostname(id:44), 
availability zone: ZONE NAME, pod: POD NAME
   - Unable to fence off host: 44
   - VM state sync alert
   
   I now also see two VRs for the same network:
