The reason is that activity checking failed (where ACS asks a host next to the suspect to check for activity) This is not implemented for the qemu implementations on newer systems. I do not understand the versioning of qemu and it is confusing that 7.2 is on a newer system than 10:2.12 but I think you must ignore the 10: in this.
